EDUCATION: Jen holds a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist all certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition, she is a certified Spinning Instructor and a certified Yogafit Level 5 Instructor.
SPECIALTIES: Cycling, yoga, strength training, and healthy lifestyle coaching.
JEN’S FITNESS PHILOSOPHY: “I believe fitness and good nutrition are the keys to health and longevity. Strength training should incorporate functional movements which help to maintain balance, coordination, muscle strength and ultimately independence throughout the lifespan. Independence allows one to experience a full and enjoyable life well into your 80’s, 90’s and beyond!”
ABOUT ME: I develop programs for my individual and group clients that promote increased cardiovascular fitness, stronger muscles, and increased flexibility. I stay up-to-date on all the latest research in the fields of health, fitness, and nutrition and share relevant information with my clients to assist them in meeting and maintaining their health-related goals.
