This link can also be found under our Classes dropdown menu and the red message bar at the top of our website. You will use your barcode from your scan tag and an email address to create your account. The email address you use has to match the email address in our software. If you need to update your email address with us, please call or email the wellness center.

Once you are in the portal:

~Click the scheduler tab on the top right. You will see the calendar. You can do a day or week calendar view.
~In the first box, make sure have the correct location. (CLN=Clinton, LBV=Lambertville, WHS=Whitehouse Station)
~Click on the down arrow where it says “resource group” and see your choices of activities (pool, fitness floor, classes), make your selection.
~Drop down the next box for your “resource” choice. Unless you have selected Group Fitness, you will only have one choice. Select it.
~Select your date and you will see the time slots available. Double click on the box of your selected time.
~A box will pop up. If it is the correct time, put in your email address. You do not need to put your phone number as text message service is not available at this time. Click next.
~Accept the terms and conditions and click next.
~Hit confirm. It will tell you that a confirmation email is being sent to you. Click OK and you are in!

At this time, you can only register three times up to 7 days in advance. Group Fitness registration is 24 hours prior to class time. We will be monitoring attendance throughout the first week and hope to allow more visits per week.
