EDUCATION: Andrew is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He also holds certifications as a TRX STC Level I Instructor, Group Exercise/Bootcamp Instructor, and Kettlebell Instructor. His passion for running prompted Andrew to also become an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) Certified Endurance Coach.

ABOUT ME: Sports and exercise have always been an important part of my life. I have acquired much experience in strength training over the past 20 years using different modalities including free weights, kettlebells, machines, and suspension trainers. Most recently, I have focused on functional training and endurance sports. I am also an avid runner with experience in racing distances from 5K to ultra-marathons.
