EDUCATION: Kim is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a registered Yoga Instructor (RYT). She is also CPR and AED trained.

ABOUT ME: Teaching from the heart to motivate clients and explore their possibilities and inner potential through total mind and body practices helps form a partnership with clients to develop a sustainable program designed to meet a client’s goals. In addition to traditional strength training and body sculpting programs, I have developed routines that are designed for individuals who want to improve flexibility, stamina and aerobic ability. I also love to share the joys and benefits of yoga by providing safe yet challenging yoga classes for seniors over 60.
