AVAILABILITY: Saturday, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Sunday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
EDUCATION: Rob has an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science from Raritan Valley Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is also certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) allowing him to write and conduct sport-specific exercise programs for sports teams utilizing scientific evidence. Rob earned his group exercise certification through the American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA), enabling him to become an instructor in TRX and circuit/boot camp classes. He is currently working on his yoga teaching certification.
SPECIALTIES: Sport specific training, neuromusculoskeletal specialist and rehabilitative exercise.
