EDUCATION: Tracy is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a group fitness instructor and certified to teach Les Mills BodyPump, Body Combat, Boot Camp and TRX Suspension Training.

ABOUT ME: Personal health and fitness is a lifelong journey. It doesn’t matter if your road to fitness begins at 5 or 50, all you need is to get started! My own fitness journey began with sports, everything from gymnastics to javelin. As my life changed, so did my fitness choices including running, weight lifting, Pilates and numerous other training styles. I look forward to helping my clients reach their goals and along the way have a little fun.
