Taiji (Tai Chi) Qigong Classes for Health & Longevity with Instructor, David Grantham
Tuesdays 6:30 pm– 7:30 pm at Clinton
The Term Taiji stands for “Grand ultimate.” This simple, yet in depth, concept is explored and applied to the exercises in this class. Students will learn the true meaning of Taiji and will practice various Qigong exercises, including the traditional Yang Style Taijiquan sequence, designed to maintain health, improve balance, increase energy and help overall well-being.
NOTE: Classes are often held outside weather permitting.
